1. General

This Returns and Refunds Policy governs your purchase of our digital products (templates, presets, extensions, packs) through the website www.ainforce.com and checkout storefront at store.ainforce.com (alias of ainforce.gumroad.com).

Please read it carefully as it sets out your rights with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order constitutes your agreement that this policy applies to the order.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1 You have the unconditional right to claim and receive a full refund for the Product/Software/Package within 30 days following the day of your initial license purchase. No refund will be available after this refund period is over.

2.2 The refund may apply only to the primary (first) license bought through the website www.ainforce.com and checkout storefront at store.ainforce.com (alias of ainforce.gumroad.com).

2.3 If you own more than one license, no refund will be available.

2.4 Your money may be refunded only once. If you buy another Product/Software/Package license at a later time, this will not be subject to a refund request.

3. Exchange a Product

3.1 If for some reason the purchased Product/Software/Package does not suit you, then as an alternative to a refund, you can exchange this Product/Software/Package for another one. This is allowed provided that no more than 7 days have passed since the purchase and the price of the Product/Software/Package is the same or less than another Product/Software/Package for exchange. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

4. Refund Procedure

4.1 All refund requests must be submitted to our Support department via private Help Desk system or email support@ainforce.freshdesk.com. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request complies with the Refund Conditions.

4.2 If a refund is granted, Licensee must remove the canceled Product/Software/Package or any derivatives thereof and must not use the Product/Software/Package unless another license is acquired.

4.3 It can take up to 30 business days to process a refund to your account, but it’s usually much faster.

5. Purchases made at Videohive.net

5.1 We distribute some of our products only through the videohive.net marketplace, so the refund process follows the rules of the marketplace. You can read more about it at the link here.

5.2 To request a refund, please fill in the form on this page. Please keep in mind that the decision on the refund is made by the Envato team and they are directly responsible for the return process itself. On this marketplace, we do not have the opportunity to make a refund on our own.
