If something went wrong while using the transitions and the transition does not work as expected, please check the following points below:
- Please check that in the settings of your main composition in the field “Pixel Aspect Ratio” the value “Square Pixels” is indicated.
- Please make sure the resolution of the transition’s composition matches the resolution of the composition where you use the transition. This situation may occur if you add the transition manually and the resolution of your composition is different from Full HD (1920×1080). When adding a transition through the extension, the resolution of the transition’s composition changes automatically.
- Please make sure that the transition’s layer does not have changed data in the Transform property. The values in the Transform property must be default, as in the screenshot below.
