Gifs may not seem so dynamic, because a delay has been added between transitions and the average transition's speed is selected so that you can clearly see the transition
In the AinTransitions extension for After Effects, you can choose any desired transition speed
For each transition using the transition's settings you can slightly change the visual appearance. You can simplify the transition by turning off parts or control the status and saturation of the glass effect for each part.
