The AinTransitions extension for Premiere Pro is the best solution on the market with unique features. It is truly flexible to fit any of your project requirements. The extension automatically adapts and converts the preset from the pack to the parameters of your active sequence. Below you can see a list of full features:
- Any Transition Speed
- Any Resolution
- Any Frame Rate
- Any Pixel Aspect Ratio
- Any Fields
Thanks to the structure of transitions and naming system developed by us, you can use transitions for sequences with different parameters in one project. Accordingly, so that all this works without conflicts, special parameters have been added to the names of the transitions, by which you can determine what this refers to.
Deciphering the Transition Title Components
Let’s look at this with an example below. This is the name of the transition in the project. It looks scary, but do not be alarmed, after decryption it will be very clear for you.
atBox – Page Flip – Down_s100__(1920×1080)-(25fps)-(1.0)-(PS)
- atBox – Page Flip – Down
The main name of the transition, the same as in the extension. In more detail, Main Category – Category – Direction. - s100
The number with the prefix “s” indicates the speed of the transition. In this example, this is the default speed – 100%. If the transition is 2 times faster, then it will have a value of “s50”. - (1920×1080)
Transition resolution based on the frame size parameters of the active sequence where you add the transition. - (25fps)
Transition frame rate based on the timebase of the active sequence where you add the transition. - (1.0)
Transition pixel aspect ratio based on the pixel aspect ratio of the active sequence where you add the transition. We indicate only a number to shorten the name. For example, a value of 1.0 means “Square Pixels (1.0)”. - (PS)
Transition fields based on the fields property of the active sequence where you add the transition. We only use capital letters to shorten the title. For example, a value of PS means “No Fields (Progressive Scan)”.
Also, system item “ainTRSystem” (or “ainTRResolution”) that is a part of the transition structure have the same naming structure.
As you can understand, everything is extremely transparent, if you familiarize yourself with this once. However, you will only need this naming system if you plan to manually add a transition to the timeline.
